Cullen Design

This site is the one you're looking at — a hand-coded static build (no CMS, no build step) directed end-to-end using Claude as an AI development partner. The goal was to prove out a workflow: describe the intended feel and interaction, iterate on layout and motion in plain HTML/CSS/JS, and keep the whole thing light enough to deploy anywhere with a simple file upload. It's an ongoing project — new sections and case studies get added as the rest of the portfolio comes together.
